VOLLEYBALL TRAINING FTW. But seriously, I should stop running. I realised that my legs are all so tight and cramped during training. I vomited during training today 'cause I ate a late brunch. I felt super terrible at that time, and hungry.
Training today was hell, but seriously, I pity the C boys. Yeah sure, you can play for all you want, but in the end, you'll get thrashed in the east zone, and it reflects on what you did. During that moment, no amount of excuses is gonna help you because you know you did not focus during training. It's not too late to change. I wish the best for you.
