we had our NE learning journey today. oh boy, was it fun. no, i'm not referring to the trip, but rather the crapping faizal, kenneth, alvin and i did.
we walked around the civic district and singapore river. as usual, the river stinks. there were a few incidents that were uncalled for, which i shall not elaborate further.
SO, the bum boat ride at singapore river was kinda interesting. i'd say it's my first, and probably last bum boat ride. it was cool though. and we kept commenting that the fishermen would die because of the high tide. we got a pretty cool view of raffles city though. heh.
a sudden downpour hit us. it stopped and continued at irregular intervals. heh, which pretty much made our trip even more fun. we went to Mac to eat. okay, so i got commented by one facilitator which goes "Kids these days have such limited vocabulary." because i said "fuck you". so, being the typical nuisance, i went "Oh, okay, SEX YOU FAIZAL."
we headed to St. Andrew's Cathedral next. oh boy, it's cool. except that it's slightly humid inside. the scene was serene and you could see people praying. very, very scary. but hey, it was still enjoyable, i guess.
lastly, we headed to the New Supreme Court. the whole security check thing was rather amusing. i moon walked pass the whatever-you-call-that-machine-that-detects-stuff. so, we were supposed to bow to any of the judges if we saw any. but a pity we did not, so no bowing. tsk. i wonder if they still wear that horrible looking dreadlocks. :DD.
the view on the 8th level was spectacular. a courthouse can actually have such an awesome view. it should be some sort of tourist attraction or something.
so, we went back to school, and that's pretty much my day. yeah, i had fun. (:
oh yes, there was this teacher that melody ridiculously resemble to. we kept disturbing her about it. :P.
